You are invited to A Night with Chef: an unforgettable five-course culinary experience expertly curated by our own Chef Jorge Palacios.

The Menu:
✨First Course: Glass Potato Beef Tartare - Glass potato chip, tenderloin, duck egg yolk, pickled watermelon radish, micro cilantro
✨Second Course: Peach & Chickpea Salad - Grilled peaches, baby arugula, crispy chickpeas, heirloom tomatoes, honey harissa vinaigrette
✨Third Course: Culurgiones & Tomato - Potato & mint stuffed pasta with a rustic tomato sauce and parmesan
✨Fourth Course; Black Garlic Balsamic Chicken - Airline chicken breast, charred Garlic Baby Zucchinis and heirloom cherry tomatoes, mozzarella
