Scent holds so much power and can add another layer to your yoga practice that essentially deepens the experience within the body.

Our magical Mia along with Brigid and Brittany will guide you through unearthing the benefits of integrating aroma into your personal practice. This workshop will focus on the root and sacral chakras through a blend of scent, a grounding flow, and a restorative yoga practice.

Feel the calming scents fill your senses as you move with intention and restore balance, all within a supportive community setting. No previous yoga experience is needed.
