This program focuses on healing, integration, and personal growth, allowing your grief journey to unfold at your own pace.
Program Details
Duration: 3 months, 9 sessions total (3 weeks on, 1 week off for integration)
Format: Each week includes a short micro-lesson introducing simple, practical mindfulness practices, followed by open sharing and guided reflection to help you navigate your grief with awareness and compassion
Attendance: Please plan to attend all nine sessions to fully experience the support, reflection, and practices shared in the group

Optional Bonus Session: After the program concludes, an optional in-person session may be offered. The date will be shared once confirmed.

Adults at least six months past the loss of a loved one
Those grieving the loss of parents, spouses/partners, siblings, cousins, close friends, or other adult relationships
Important Note: This group is designed for those grieving adult losses. If you are grieving the loss of a child, I am happy to help connect you with supportive resources tailored to that experience.
