An inclusive, one-hour program for children in grades K–2 (ages 5–8) and their parents or caregivers to explore mindfulness together. Through gentle breathing, playful movement, and grounding sensory activities, families will learn simple tools to foster calm, connection, and emotional awareness. No experience is necessary.
To support a wide range of needs, the program will include visual schedules, clear verbal and written instructions, and a quiet corner with books and coloring pages for children who may need a break. All activities are designed with flexibility in mind, so children can participate in the ways that feel best to them.
Please note: This is not a drop-off event. Registration is required.
