Baby and Me Movement and Mindfulness

Join me weekly in a welcoming space for parents and caregivers to connect with their newborns and infants through gentle movement, songs, and meaningful conversations.

This class is designed for newborns through pre-crawling babies and their parents or caregivers, offering time for bonding, connection, and shared experiences.

No registration required — this program is free of charge.

This program is made possible through the use of State Aid to Public Library Funds.
