About the event

Thyatira Cemetery Decoration Day
Decoration Day is on the 2nd Sunday of June every year. But it takes place over the entire weekend. Everyone cleans up their loved one's gravesite and tombstone and freshens up the flowers. (Remember to Please take your old flowers home for disposal)
Members of the Board will be onsite all weekend accepting donations. The maintenance of the cemetery is solely supported by donations of family members. You are welcome to donate in person that weekend or visit our website to donate online. Or go to the Board Of Director's page on the website and mail donations to the treasurer. Thank you for your support. This organization is completely supported by volunteers and all money donated goes into the care and maintenance of the cemetery.
