Get ready to move and groove in this fun, 50-minute aerobics and dance fitness session! The class combines aerobic sequences with enjoyable dance routines to give you a full-body workout. All levels are welcome—just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to sweat!

Essential Information:

Cost: £8 per person. Payment can be made by cash, card (I have a card reader), or bank transfer (details provided on the day). Spaces are limited, so book your spot early!

Arrive by: 10:45 AM.

What to Wear:

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for free movement and supportive trainers, bottle of water.

Age Requirement:

This session is open to participants aged 18 and over.

Venue Facilities:

The class will be held at Bracknell Open Learning Centre in Daffodil Hall. Free parking and toilets are available on site.
