Strap in for a rollercoaster ride of transformational breathwork like no other. There will be tears. There will be laughter. There will be screams, shouts cries and just about every emotion possible as they are gently brought to the surface. We will be using the combined power of the Breath, Sound and Neuro Linguistic Programing to safely take you to your very edge, to explore what has been, what is, and what can be.
