K-5 Summer Reading Program

Students in grades K-5 come enjoy fun activities related to our summer reading program, COLOR OUR WORLD!


All 3 "K-5 Summer reading program" events BEGIN at the park behind the High School, but END at the library!

In case of inclement weather, events move to the library.

Kick Off Carnival June 12

K-5 SRP Day 1- June 19

K-5 SRP Day 2-TIE DYE DAY- June 26!

K-5 SRP Day 3- July 17

Finale Party at the library, July 31 @ 11:30 AM
(After our final special guest- Seeing Stars!)



Sign up for the summer reading program and keep track of how many days you read each week (on the side tabs of the reading program calendar).

After you’ve signed up for the summer reading program, turn in each week’s tab at the checkout desk at the library.
You’ll get 1 prize ticket entry for each day you read. Turn them in weekly for more chances to win, or all at the end.

We’ll pick winners weekly, and grand prize winners at the Finale Party on July 31st!
