Join us for a peaceful and grounding experience designed to help you calm your nervous system, quiet your mind, and deepen your connection with yourself—all in the presence of horses.
This 60-minute EquiMind session blends the ancient practice of sound healing with the intuitive presence of horses at liberty, creating a powerful container for mindfulness, release, and reconnection.
What to Expect:
• Crystal singing bowls and guided sound meditation to promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and energetic balance
• Breathwork and intention setting to support emotional clarity and mental stillness
• Ground-based interaction with horses, who are free to move and respond naturally, offering subtle feedback and emotional resonance
• A trauma-sensitive, supportive environment designed for all experience levels
Horses are naturally attuned to energy and emotion. As prey animals, they live fully in the present moment—making them powerful co-facilitators for mindfulness and healing.
