Join us for a special gathering to celebrate the longest day of the year, the changing season, and the light within. This gentle, soulful morning session will take place by the sea, where we’ll come together in community to move, reflect and connect, marking the start of summer and the energy of new beginnings.
This session is also a celebration of International Yoga Day & the launch of our Summer Beach Yoga series | Just £10PP
We’ll begin the morning with a solstice themed yoga flow, followed by a guided intention meditation, setting the tone for the season ahead. There’ll be a chance to dip into the sea to if you wish, and we’ll finish with a relaxed summer brekkie and time to soak up the community vibes.
Ally from @studiotrevow will be creating a beautiful sand mandala as part of the ritual space, adding a visual anchor to our intentions and connection with the earth.
You’re welcome to stay for the full two hours, or just join for the first half (which includes the yoga and meditation practice) if your time is tight.
Nearest parking: Broadway Car Park (BH6 4EN) is the closest spot, just a short walk down to the beach. We’ll be gathered near the “Solent Beach” pin on Google Map, look out for the yoga mats and smiling faces.
What to bring:
A yoga mat or towel, swimwear if you're planning to dip, something warm for afterwards, a reusable cup for tea, and anything you’d like to feel cosy and comfortable. We will be offering a light brekkie and herbal tea, please feel free to bring your own hot drinks and snacks
This gathering is open to all levels and all hearts. Come as you are.
