Beach Pilates class at Sobo Beach

Stretch, strengthen, and soak up the sea air with a Friday morning Pilates class at Sobo Beach, followed by your favourite coffee and optional sea dip! These 45- minute classes will work to strengthen your full body, improve alignment/ posture, increase flexibility, as well as relieve stress and tension. Open to all levels (including beginners!) BYO mat (and swimmers if you fancy a dip after class!) Your booking includes a coffee from Sobo Beach – the perfect post-class treat! This class is not suitable for pregnant or postnatal clients. However Georgia does run weekly Pregnancy and Mum & Baby Pilates classes in Southbourne – get in touch to find out more. In the event of bad weather the class will be cancelled and you will be notified – with the option to move to an alternative date.
