GATHER: FIRE, FOOD, FLOW

Join us for a soul nourishing evening by the ocean as we gather around a bonfire to move, connect, and unwind together. This is a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and embrace the simple joy of sharing time and good food by the ocean.

We’ll begin with a grounding Vinyasa Yoga Flow, gently easing into stillness with a calming Shavasana by the fire. Afterwards, you’re welcome to sea dip, cosy up by the flames, or simply relax and enjoy the atmosphere. I’ll prepare fresh, nourishing food for us to share — bonfire-baked sweetcorn, garlic bread, fresh salsa, vegan s’mores — as we chat, savour and soak in the serenity of the evening.

You'll leave feeling relaxed, connected, and gently recharged, held by the rhythm of the waves and the warmth of beautiful company.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, warm clothes/layers, something to sit on, water or a flask of your favourite drink.
