- **Event Description**: ~ GENTLE YOGA BY THE SEA ~ Join me on the beach and settle in around the bonfire, as we take a moment to reflect on the Virgo New Moon. This lunar phase invites us to return to ritual, simplify, and reconnect with what truly supports our wellbeing.

These evening gatherings are a space to slow down and reconnect, held by firelight, moonlight, and the sound of the sea.

We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow around the fire, followed by a restful guided meditation, offering you a monthly pause for reflection and grounding.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, layers, and any cushions you’d like for comfort. Try to arrive on time so we can begin together at 7:30 PM, thank you. £10 per person.

Meeting point: Follow the promenade all the way to the Hengistbury Head end, drop down onto the beach, we’ll be by the wooden jetty.  What3words - spoil.these.shaped

Join us on the fourth Wednesday of every month, a soulful rhythm of three monthly classes throughout the summer.  On the first Friday (morning vinyasa), third Saturday (morning vinyasa), fourth Wednesday (evening gentle yoga, meditation & bonfire)
