Yoga For All in the Enchanted Mesa Garden

Start your day in the beautiful Enchanted Mesa Garden with a relaxing and energizing practice suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Led by Chautauqua's wellness instructor Shanti Medina and accompanied by live music with her husband Scott Medina, this nurturing yoga class will help you reconnect with nature and your own body and mind.

Yoga mats are available at the lodging office for complimentary use.

Investment: $15 for the public/$10 for Chautauqua members and lodging guests
