From Epona...
Happy Third Friday.....coming up tomorrow night..woohoo!!! I almost forgot to send this out and was putting on the final touches in the sun just a minute ago and remembered. So as I've been going through it..through this life, navigating the myriad of emotions and situations, I keep coming back to resting in openness as a way to soften...soften to all of it as it is. And I notice when I do this, over & over & over.. I begin to feel the light and love streaming through me, ha.. through the cracks of hardness. I call it "Soulshine" I'm excited to share this set with you all and dance to it and let our souls shine together. I was surprised at some of the tracks that made it through the cracks for this one:)
We welcome dancers and dance styles of all forms. This is a space where you can dance alone or with another or in groups as we all attune with ourselves, each other and the space. We imagine it will feel like a blend of restorative movement, contact improvisation, and 5 Rhythms(ish). However, for safety reasons we'd like to limit this dance to only those 18 years of age and older.
When: 8-10pm Friday September 19th
Where: Tango Studio at the Avalon Ballroom
Enter through the PINK DOOR on the NorthEast exterior of the Avalon
