Sunset Yoga on the Patio!

Join us for an evening of connection at the Gnara Pop-up on Pearl. Led by local yogi Meghan Walker, come for an open level, 1 hour flow.

➡️ Please arrive 15 minutes early as entry can be a little tricky. We won't be able to let people in after 5:25PM.

➡️ BYO mat, props and water bottle. We'll be on a covered outdoor patio so please dress appropriately.

➡️ Pricing is pay what you can. 100% of proceeds go to the instructor Meghan.

Meghan Walker

As a student of yoga for 20 years and a practitioner for 10, Meghan sees yoga as a way to regularly reconnect with the body and mind in a playful and easeful way. Her classes blend mindful movement with a sense of curiosity, encouraging students to explore balance, breath, and presence both on and off the mat.

Meghan draws from a wide range of styles—including vinyasa, restorative, and slow flow—to create sequences that are grounding yet energizing. She loves incorporating longer holds, gentle twists, and restorative postures like Lizard Pose to help students release tension and settle into stillness.

Outside of teaching, Meghan is an avid climber and outdoor enthusiast, typically found frolicking in the foothills of the Front Range in her spare time. She believes yoga is less about achieving perfection in a pose and more about cultivating awareness, resilience, and joy in everyday life.

The Gnara Pop-up is a space for the Boulder community to gather and connect. Throughout the fall, we’ll be hosting events ranging from hikes to tarot readings to film festivals.
