Executive Chef Rich Byers presents a thoughtfully crafted four-course vegan menu celebrating the season’s harvest from our on-premises garden and the freshest local vegetables and produce.
The evening begins with a welcome cocktail and passed appetizers, followed by curated wine pairings to complement each course. This al fresco experience is presented in partnership with Toohey Farms, Forevergreen Microgreens, and select wine collaborators.
