10:00am - NOON Sauna + Ice Bath Recovery Sessions (book your session by selecting a ticket for the "hour session" that works with your Saturday monring schedule)

10:00am-NOON Local Business January Coffee will be on-site at Ember & Ice providing beverages for the first 20 participants.

WHERE:

• 200 Arapahoe Ave Boulder, CO, Boulder, Colorado 80302
• Sauna + Ice Bath Sessions: Wear A Swimsuit, Bring A Towel, Water Bottle, Slip-On Shoes (Reservation for 1 hour time slot - you can arrive 10 minutes before your session time to fill out waiver)
• Please note: no lockers will be available to hold valuables, changing tent is available, only bring what you need
• RÊVE Residents will have VIP ACCESS to Ember & Ice from 10am-Noon.

Space is limited / participants must be 18+ / and pre-registration and liability waiver is required for sauna + ice bath sessions (which can be signed the day of event on-site)
