Workshop Description:

Do you want to learn how to get the most from your next single release? This workshop will cover strategies for digital storytelling, playlist pitching, and working with digital distributors. If you have a forthcoming single, EP, or album, this workshop will help you outline an approach to successfully release your music.

Additionally, we’ll provide an overview of the Sync Ecosystem and dive into strategies for identifying if your music is sync-ready.

• Strategies for maximizing your impact in the streaming landscape
• How the sync licensing industry works
• Strategies for pitching your music for sync

About the Instructor:

Diego Felix is a DJ, music producer, educator, and is currently employed as an Artist Development Coordinator at the Music District. Outside of Ableton and turntablism, Diego is passionate about sync licensing, artist management, copyright, and discovering amazing new songs to listen to.
