Resonant Reset: A Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath Event

Shift out of stress and busyness to cultivate a state of greater connectedness and well-being. In this 75-minute workshop, Kerry will guide you through a relaxing sequence of restorative yoga poses accompanied by the soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and other calming instruments. Restorative yoga primes the body for deep physiological relaxation by using props such as bolsters and blankets to fully support you in the pose. With accessible breath and mindfulness practices incorporated throughout, this floor-based practice is the perfect way to offer yourself a reset for the mind, body, and nervous system. No previous experience necessary, all are welcome. Come in comfy clothing and consider wearing layers for warmth. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, or rent a mat at the studio. Other props will be provided.
