Night Out Nidra

A nervous system-approved Saturday night out!

Join Lora for this 90-minute workshop featuring breathwork, inquiry (reflection) + discussion, yin, and yoga nidra (guided) meditation 🕉️

Tea will be provided. Bring a journal and pen, your yoga mat, and other hydration. Wear comfortable clothing. You'll be seated, moving gently, and lying down. PJs and blankets welcome!
