MVMT Magic: An Experiential Journey Through Partner Dynamics & Connection

MVMT: The Embodied Partner Dancing Experience is a 90-minute interactive, exploratory journey into the art of partner dynamics through the lens of Afro-Latin social dance.

This is not a typical dance class. This is a container for movement-based connection, dynamic exploration, and embodied play—whether you’re brand new to dance or you’ve been dancing for years. You’ll be guided through immersive exercises that explore tension, polarity, musicality, trust, and energetic presence.

This is also the official launch event for the new book Social Dance Dynamics by Musa Starseed. You’ll get to experience the teachings from the book live—through your body, breath, and partner connection.

Nope! You’re welcome to come solo. We’ll rotate partners and make sure everyone gets the chance to explore.If you do bring a partner, you’ll get a discounted ticket bundle for registering together.
