Working on single-point trapezes with the bar only 3 feet from the ground, we will research, explore, and learn how to work with the flow between the floor and the air. We’ll create new pathways into and out of the trapeze, using known vocabulary, and movement invention. This somatic approach to ground-to-air will feel luxurious and restorative.

Students must have taken at least 1 session of low-flying trapeze, or any horizontal apparatus, and be interested in researching, improvising, and learning new ways to move on and off the apparatus.
