MERGE//Inner Union - A Body, Breath and Words Experience

Inside each of us pulses the inner masculine and feminine. Within us, structure meets flow, clarity dances with mystery and containment yields to surrender. MERGE//Inner Union is your invitation to bring these two halves into harmony. Through conscious breath, somatic movement, and expressive writing, we create a playground where the dualities of your being meet, mingle and ignite.

In this immersive experience, you’ll:

• Breathe boldly: Two-part, conscious, connected breath work to shake off heaviness, awaken vitality, and stir your inner currents of power and receptivity.
• Move freely: Somatic practices and ecstatic dance to dissolve the thinking mind, tap into sensation and embody the dance of yin and yang within you.
• Express your words in a raw, unfiltered way: Guided prompts to give voice to the parts of yourself that are ready to be seen, felt and witnessed.
• Connect deeply: Be in the company of wild-hearted humans equally ready to meet themselves (and each other) in authenticity, play and joy.

Evening Flow:We’ll open with an intensive breath work journey designed to clear, open and awaken your inner landscape. From there, we’ll shift into movement and somatic embodiment, letting your body speak, stretch and sway in its own language. Finally, SOMA Writing™, a guided expressive writing practice developed by Dionisia Hatzis, gives your dualities a voice on the page, capturing the liberation, insight and fire you’ve stirred within.

By the end, you’ll:

• Feel lighter, clearer and electrified with inspiration
• Access a deeper, wilder, more unified version of yourself
• Release self-doubt and ignite creative energy you may have forgotten or never knew existed
• Leave with pages of expression, a body that feels alive and a fully present voice

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing for movement, a journal, pen, water bottle and an open heart.

The StarHouse offers backjacks, yoga mats, blankets and pillows for your comfort.

Arrival Instructions for The StarHouse (3476 Sunshine Canyon Drive, Boulder, CO

From downtown Boulder take Broadway or 9th St. to Mapleton Ave, which will turn into Sunshine Canyon Drive. (DO NOT FOLLOW GPS VIA LINDEN DRIVE, as this will lead you to a locked gate!) The StarHouse driveway is 3.5 miles from 4th and Mapleton. Look for an unpaved unpaved driveway on the right-hand side with several addresses, including 3476, highlighted in a green frame. Please park in the Upper Parking lot and WALK down to StarHouse, unless you have physical challenges, then you are welcome to park close.

Please arrive on time:

⏳ The upper parking lot is a 5-minute walk from The StarHouse, so allow extra time to park, walk down, and settle into the space by 6PM.

About Your Guide, Dionisia Hatzis

Dionisia is a Somatic Mind-Body Coach, Magdalene Priestess and Creative Expression Guide, whose work is deeply rooted in the sacred rhythms of the Earth and the Divine. She weaves ancient wisdom into modern life, guiding others in the art of ritual and sacred remembrance. Her work honors the union of the divine feminine and masculine within us all, and the transformational power of ceremony, movement and creative expression.

Dionisia is the Founder of SOMA Writing™—an immersive fusion of somatic movement, expressive dance, and creative writing—and The Sacred Cave, a ceremonial gathering space for women. Through poetry, movement, ritual, and plant magic, she invites others to reconnect with their body’s wisdom and the living world around them.

A graduate of Colgate University, Dionisia’s path has been one of deep exploration.
