Step into the season of abundance. This dance is a celebration of cycles: sowing, tending, reaping, and releasing. Through movement we honor the fruits of our labor, the lessons of the year, and the wisdom carried in our bodies. Each gesture becomes a ritual: gathering what nourishes, shaking loose what no longer serves, and planting intentions for what’s to come.
Unlike ecstatic dance, this isn’t a freeform drop-in, it’s a guided journey, held with trauma-informed language and deep intentionality to take you further into your somatic experience.
Guided by Robbie Fear (New Zealand), a trauma-informed Somatic Therapist and Narrative Counsellor, this space invites you to listen, move, and harvest the stories your body is ready to tell.
DJ and Dance facilitator Danny Balgooyen will be sonically curating our musical dance arc and sprinkling in his voice to support the guided dance journey. Danny (Co-founder of Boulder Ecstatic Dance, Innerlight Revival Breathwork & formerly Dance Meets Tantra) has been craving a deeper dance container. One where we share an intention for radical presence in the depths of a dance practice. A dance where we expand the emotional dimensions to more authentically meet where we are at. This will be a space to truly harvest.
Address: 6185 Arapahoe Rd, Boulder, CO 80303 - Avalon Ballroom (in the Tango Hall) Enter from the east side of building. If using main entrance, go past the ballroom, take the hallway to the right all the way down to the end.
Refund Policy:
- There are no refunds. Including not arriving in time for doors closing
- Tickets are transferrable to another participant in advance of the event. If you want to transfer a ticket you are responsible for finding the buyer.
- We will not be able to respond to any questions about ticketing or participation during the 24 hours before the start of the event.
