Group Hike, Sauna & Cold Plunge

Join the Colorado Hiking Girls for an outdoor wellness event - starting with a group hike and followed by a cold plunge and sauna session.

We'll start with a group hike in the Boulder area at 9am. After the hike, we'll meet at Third Space and Co for an hour of rotating sauna and cold plunge sessions.

We'll follow a simple self-guided rhythm:

• 10-15 minutes of heat – In the sauna to relax your body, open your pores, and get your circulation flowing.
• 2-3 minutes in the cold plunge – Submerge up to your neck if possible. The key is to stay calm and breathe. Try this:
• 5–10 minutes of rest – Let your body come back to baseline. Sit, rehydrate, or just hang out around the lounge.
• And repeat!

This event is capped at 12 people total on a first come, first serve basis, due to capacity in the cold plunge and sauna areas. Participants acknowledge and agree to being included in photo and video content that will be shared to social media.

What to bring: anything you need for the hike, a swimsuit, towel, and water bottle (no glass).
