Join us for a heart-opening, multi-generational afternoon designed to nourish the body, voice, and spirit. This playful and restorative gathering weaves together:

• Yoga & gentle movement

• Songs & vocal expression

• Games & joyful connection

• Dance & embodied creativity

• Relaxation & grounding practices

Open to girls and women ages 5+

Come solo or with family.

Pricing $25 per adult • $15 per child Pay via Venmo or at the door. Pre-registration required.
