FREE Yoga with Rachelle at prAna Boulder

From Rachelle: My name is Rachelle. I am a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, as well as a trained meditation instructor. I started practicing yoga asana at the age of 17. I did my yoga teacher training at the Shoshoni Yoga Ashram in 2023. During my training, I had an awakening and it changed my entire life trajectory. It brings me a lot of joy to share the power of yoga with others. I make it a priority to create safe spaces for all humans, and offer classes that are accessible for all.

Class Type: I will be teaching hatha yoga, which combines elements of meditation, asana postures, and pranayama to connect the mind, body, and breath. The pace of hatha yoga is slower than what most people in the western world have experienced (which is typically a faster paced vinyasa or power yoga). This class will be taught in an “all levels” manner, so no prior yoga experience is necessary.
