This Mother's Day, we invite you to give yourself the gift you so often give to others: your full presence, your love, your care.

For the Child She Was, For the Mother She Is is a soul-nourishing, joy-filled event created just for you. A space where you can take off the many hats you wear and come home to the one who's been waiting quietly inside — your inner child.

Through a gentle blend of movement, mindfulness, meditation, and heart-centered journaling, we’ll reconnect with the little girl you once were — the one who loved to laugh, play, create, and feel deeply. You'll have space to explore inner child healing, tend to the mother wound, and reflect on the many layers of your journey.

There will also be pure, joyful play — because healing can be fun.

Info: We'll spend the first half of the event getting to know each other's stories, letting loose with playful movement and a gentle yoga practice, transition to a 15-minute guided meditation & visualization, and close out this first half with quiet reflection through journaling prompts.

Info: The second half of our event will focus on mother wound healing and inner child play. We'll dedicate time for shares and heart-opening practices. Then, time for play! Art and music supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring your own mediums or instruments if you know what you'd like to get into during this free time.
