Birthing Your Way: A Birth Education Class for Expecting Parents

This two part birth ed class, led by Janine Mason – Birth Doula with over 15 years of birth experience, is a comprehensive series providing you with knowledge and empowerment to support and create the birthing experience you'd like to have!

You can expect:
·Childbirth basics (everything you would learn in a hospital birth class), plus tips and tricks to have an empowering and positive birth experience.
·Topics include: physiology of birth, pain coping techniques, labor positions, breastfeeding basics, postpartum care for mama and much more!
·To leave feeling more confident about labor and birth; feel better prepared to handle anything that comes your way!
