Join us for a powerful 60-minute Kundalini yoga class & sound bath in celebration of Lammas, designed to ignite the last of your 2025 summer with intention and vitality. This session will blend vigorous & centering flow with breath-work to energize your body and mind.

Afterward, we’ll reflect and set intentions through journaling, asking: How do you want the rest of your summer to look like, and what is your plan to activate that vision?

We'll ground the energy in healing vibrations of sound therapy through crystal bowls and voice.
