Meditation & Tea Tasting

Please join us on Saturday June 21 for a Meditation & Tea Tasting! Meditation with Katie, TALA Yoga & Wellness, will begin at 9am, followed by a Tea Tasting with Christa, Steep & Bloom Tea, from 10am-12pm.
TALA Yoga & Wellness' meditation workshop is designed to help you connect with inner stillness and calm. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop offers practical tools and supportive guidance to invite quiet moments into your day. You’ll learn that meditation isn’t about silencing the mind or achieving a blank slate—it’s about developing awareness & observing your thoughts. Through gentle techniques, breathwork, and guided practices, you'll discover how to cultivate presence, reduce stress, and tap into a deeper sense of peace. Meditation is a skill anyone can learn, and this workshop is your invitation to begin—or begin again!
After the meditation workshop join us for a tea tasting! Steep & Bloom Tea will have her fabulous small batch, hand blended teas & tisanes (herbal infusions) for you to try! You do not want to miss out!
