What happens during a Sound Bath
Our bodies respond to the vibrations of different sounds or frequencies. The Sound Bath will immerse you in the vibrations by utilizing various instruments (chimes, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, etc...). This creates a deeply meditative state by slowing our brainwaves and allowing our bodies to experience rest.

Bring any items that will make the experience extra cozy. Special blankets, eye cover, small crystal/charm to place on altar, comfy clothes, and water.
