Evening of Reflection: Wellness Circle & Book Readings

Reset, Rebalance, and Rejuventate your body, mind, and spirit with a Wellness Circle! Participation in a Wellness Circle enables one to deepen their body’s ability to heal the physical, mental, and emotional, and spiritual bodies by creating deep relaxation that activates the body’s natural healing process through Gentle Drumming, Guided Meditation, Affirmations, and Reiki Energy Medicine given by the practitioner to the group and individually. The session concludes with a Grounding and Release celebration for all that doesn’t serve your highest good followed by a “Share and Care” time, and ending the evening with inspirational and wisdom infused readings from my prepublication manuscript.
