Twofer Tuesday Talks

Join authors Lois Kennis and Tracie Lobstein as they share their respective books, "Rise on Eagles' Wings" and "The Believing Single." Both will have copies of their books for sale. Held in the Second Floor Meeting Room.

"Rise on Eagles' Wings" is women's fiction narrated by a teen mom - social justice with a gleam of hope. Set in Central Iowa during the final decade of the 20th century, contemporary voices intertwine with those of a pre-internet generation.

"The Believing Single" is an interactive devotional journal for single believers to guide them in restoring God's purpose for their single life. They will witness their testimony unfold in each chapter a they transform into a Believing Single - someone who stands firm and is supported by a solid inner truth that doesn't change, regardless of the direction life may take them.
