Sustainable Spirits Boone

Join the North Carolina Composting Council (NCCC) for our May Sustainable Spirits event in Boone on May 22nd from 5:30-7:30pm at the Cardinal. Sustainable Spirits are professional-networking socials rotating around the state for people who share NCCC’s environmental commitment to composting and waste reduction.

At this event we’re also proud to showcase and connect with one of NCCC’s 2025 grant recipient’s, App State Sustainability! In addition to upgrading a food-scrap drop spot on campus, they are also forming a High-Country Regional Waste Committee as part of their grant-project!
