Tea & Talk - World Mental Health Day - Bonnybridge

For World Mental Health Day we have an open invitation to come along for a chat and some lunch.



Everyone is welcome. Hot drinks, sandwiches and snacks will be provided. Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements.



This session is being held on Friday 10th October 11.30am-1pm, in The Place to Pause & Breathe, Bonnybridge. Hot drinks and snacks will be available.





Meet Your Facilitator:
Susie is the co-founder of Pause & Breathe - a social enterprise that prioritises making wellbeing fully accessible. She is an accredited Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness teacher, Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Qi Gong and Chair Yoga Facilitator and is just about to start training to teach Nia Dance.


Susie is passionate about creating safe spaces where participants can form connections and find community. She works with people to help them find self-acceptance, emotional balance and to get to know themselves better.
