circuit training is a great boredom buster! Mix up your workout with several stations designed to work your whole body. Moving quickly from one exercise to the next means your mind doesn't have time to wander or tune out. You get the benefits of muscle sculpting and toning along with an intense cardio workout that burns fat in less time than other workout routines.
