About the event

Kefir 101

We will be jumping into all the benefits of kefir. During the class we will discuss the history, uses, health benefits, care and feeding of grains, and some recipes for enjoying it. Come, learn, and jump into this incredible EASY fermenting process.

Cost: $30 includes kefir grains and hands on practice making a double fermented flavored kefir to take home and enjoy.
