"I am deeply passionate about nutrition and its transformative power for healing. With an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and a Master's in Nutrition and Exercise Science, my education has given me a strong foundation in the science of food and wellness. However, it was my own personal health struggles that truly sparked my passion for holistic healing. After becoming frustrated with conventional medicine and its reliance on medications, I turned to natural remedies and nutrition to regain my health.
