Transform your relationships, with yourself and others, in our 'Live LARGE' workshop. You will learn the meaning behind the Live LARGE intention and how this unique approach to connection can transform so much in our lives.

You will explore and embody the principles behind to 'Live LARGE":
Love
Acceptance
Respect
Grace
Empathy

Our goal is to explore and embody this mindset as we approach our relationships with ourselves and
others, fostering deeper connection and well-being for long lasting joy. This is a unique journey into conscious connection, in community.

Through a harmonious blend of yoga, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and discussion, you will begin to cultivate a more compassionate and expansive way of living. Join us to unlock a deeper sense of well-being and authentic engagement, together. All level students are welcome.

Bring a journal and pen, water and wear comfortable clothes. Mats and props are available for free as needed.
