Usui Reiki is a gentle natural healing practice that promotes balance calm and vitality. Level One (also known as First Degree or Shoden) is the perfect starting point for anyone looking to explore this powerful modality for self-healing and personal growth.

Whether you’re completely new to energy work or already on a holistic path this course will give you the tools and confidence to begin using Reiki in your everyday life.

📅 Course Dates & Times

Two Saturdays: 23rd and 30th August

11 am – 4:00 pm each day (with a one-hour break for a light vegetarian or vegan lunch)

• The origins and principles of Reiki
• How Reiki works and what it can support
• How to tune into energy and work with the Reiki flow
• Hand positions for self-treatment and treating others
• Daily practices to develop your intuition and sensitivity

You’ll also receive your Reiki Level One attunements a sacred energetic process that opens you to the Reiki energy allowing you to channel it for yourself and others.
