Homeownership 101 Brunch and Learn

I signed up for a Brunch & Learn Homebuyer Workshop happening Saturday, July 13 from 1–3 PM, and wanted to share it in case anyone else out there is thinking about buying a home — now or even sometime in the future.

It’s totally free and super informative. They’re walking through the entire homebuying process from start to finish in a really down-to-earth way — things like:
• How to get pre-approved
• Ways to qualify for down payment assistance and grants
• What to expect at each step
• And how to negotiate to have sellers pay for closing costs

Plus there’s free brunch, prizes, and handouts. No sales pitches, just good info. It’s being held at 4160 S Durango Dr #120, Las Vegas, NV 89147
