Surrounded by the magical energies of plants, you’ll be guided by Trista’s calming voice accompanied by soothing music and crystal bowls, setting the intention to bring you into a peaceful state of mind. This offering is designed to help you slow down, breathe and balance your mind, body and spirit. This offering is perfect for the novice to the daily meditator….all levels are welcome. Learn basic breathing techniques to use in your daily life and tools to help quiet your mind while in a safe and sacred space of love and support.
