Community Birding at RCA Park

Join David Rupp of IndiGo Birding Nature Tours for a celebration of birds and the birding community in Bloomington! David will lead free birding walks of the park's varied habitats starting on the hour (8am, 9am, 10am, 11am). Binoculars will be available to borrow for those that don't have a pair. Bird-friendly coffee and breakfast snacks (baked goods and fruit) will be available all morning long at the Small Shelter at the far end of the parking lot. The event is also a fundraiser for the American Bird Conservancy (ABC), a leading non-profit in promoting bird conservation and education. Materials will be available to learn more about ABC and their initiatives; donations are encouraged! Come for a half-hour or stay all morning. All are invited. Get acquainted with new birding friends and reconnect with long-time friends!
