Cycle and Reformer Combo Pop-Ups

Join Pilates expert Stacey and Spinning expert Melissa for the perfect synergy of Pilates and Cycle! Learn how to set your body up on the reformer and spin bike for appropriate height and leg length, accommodate for any knee or hip issues, then challenge yourself to improve your cycle performance through Pilates alignment principles.
