Tech Help Hour

Need help with a technological issue? Want to learn more about library digital services? Drop by the Blaine Library for some one-on-one assistance from a staff member. Sessions are designed to address a single issue and last for 30 minutes.

Schedule a session in advance or drop in for help on a first-come, first-served basis.

Here are some examples of topics covered:

Downloading, streaming, or accessing WCLS digital resources
Basic computer, tablet, e-reader, or smartphone skills
Setting up and using email
Basic word processing and spreadsheet questions
Library catalog and online resources
The following topics are examples of what is beyond the scope of this basic service:

Diagnosing and fixing hardware problems
Recovering lost data, reconfigurations, or factory resets
Removing viruses or setting up device security
