Together we Rise, Reawaken Dance

Join Neva Ingalls and friends for Together we Rise, Reawaken Dance. In response to the recent devastation and ongoing shock we are all experiencing through the recovery phase of Hurricane Helene, Neva is offering an opportunity to come together to dance and heal. Together we will aim to dance away the layers that we have accumulated over the past few months and renew ourselves in the joy of movement in community. Dance is movement and movement is life. Dance is moving from an intuitive felt sense in the body. Dance is embodiment of what is arising within us without judgement. It is an authentic claiming of the self and the soul. Movement heals. It releases stuck and stagnant energies that correspond to unfelt feelings and unprocessed stress and trauma. Spontaneous movement arising from your body’s wisdom is simply allowing and honoring the self, letting go of self-consciousness and celebrating life, emotion in motion, community and Source. Dance is a moving prayer that sends the energy of our hearts into the earth and sky and joins us in love. Bring your water and a towel, blanket or mat to sit on for our opening and closing circle. Bring your heart and your willingness to surrender to the inner flow.

Neva Ingalls has dedicated her life to the exploration of healing and self -mastery through movement, including decades of training in classical ballet in Europe and the USA, classical modern and jazz, dance therapy, Vinyasa Yoga, Feldenkrais, Qi Gong and more. She has lead teacher trainings, retreats and workshops around the world since the early 2000s and continues to be dedicated to manifesting a world in alignment
with high frequency positivity.
