Park Rhythms Featuring Sluice & Fust

Join Black Mountain Recreation & Parks (BMRP) at the 2025 Park Rhythms Concert Series at Town Square in downtown Black Mountain!

On June 26th, BMRP is excited to welcome two incredible bands, Sluice and Fust, to the stage on Town Square. Sluice and Fust are two alternative folk bands from Durham, NC. Consisting of similar band members, Sluice is led by singer-songwriter Justin Morris while Fust is fronted by Aaron Dowdy.

Both bands have garnered the attention of listeners across the south with their recent releases and performances alongside musicians like Angel Olsen, Superchunk, Indigo De Souza, and several others.

Concert-goers are encouraged to bring their own chairs/blankets to set up on the lawn at Town Square. Attendees can also bring their own picnics or enjoy one of the several great restaurants within walking distance.

In the event of inclement weather, this concert will be moved indoors to White Horse Black Mountain- directly across the street from Town Square.

Park Rhythms is a free concert series that is open to the public.
